1. You can go hard sparingly, or you can go moderately often. Do both and you are flirting with disaster.
2. Just because you feel this good now, does not necessarily mean you will feel double as good later.
3. Hydrate.
4. More is not necessarily better.
5. If you are feeling woozy, eat something.
6. Pace yourself
7. It’s more fun with good company.
My advice: Don't learn the hard way!
